Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure that your contact information and delivery address are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payments. Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. Your order will only be processed after the payment is successfully received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of placing the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier service failures.
6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you at our discretion.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after a successful review of your request.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
